M&N Structures, Inc. in Winsted, MN is seeking a versatile General Laborer to support our fabrication process across production stages from prep to painting. You will move between inside and outside work, assist with material handling, and adapt to daily needs as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn. Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in a related field is nice but not required.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation on raw materials using hand tools.
• Painting of fabricated steel assemblies.
• Pulling and organizing parts, tools, and equipment to support other fabricators.
