Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking a Structural Manufacturing Associate for our Jacksonville facility. This full-time, non-exempt role will support the fabrication and erection of large industrial structural systems at the Jacksonville, FL site with occasional travel to Fort Worth, TX.

You will read blueprints, perform take‑offs and weld-prep, fit and tack components, operate cranes or forklifts when trained, and follow SEA Quality Standards to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic math and language skills required.
• Threading, grinding, welding, brazing, rigging, plasma cutting, gas arc cutting.
• 1–2 Years’ related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Understand job specifications, blueprint reading, measurements, and tolerances to ensure weld-ready status.
• Cut, prep, fit and tack structural components using isometric drawings and maintain fit tolerance requirements.
• Select and use tools to prepare metal surfaces for welding per job specs; ensure proper assembly and alignment.
• Install structural hangers, supports, and braces and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate overhead cranes or forklifts when trained and adhere to safe rigging practices.
