You will oversee claims, coordinate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive favorable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction disputes, with a proven track record of expert testimony in the last 5–10 years,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction disputes with a focus on delay and cost issues.
• Proven track record of delivering expert testimony over the past 5-10 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Leadership experience at the Managing Director or senior management level in a professional services/consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a construction disputes team, focusing on delay and cost issues.
• Provide strategic direction and expert advice for complex disputes.
• Oversee claims preparation and presentations related to delays and costs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
