BSI Engineering seeks aStructural Engineering Manager to lead our growing Structural team in Mason, OH. You will oversee steel, concrete, masonry, and FRP projects for industrial facilities while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

You will drive design excellence, ensure code compliance, and develop talent within a growing employee-owned firm focused on innovation and client value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience in industrial settings.
• Experience leading people and projects as a direct manager.
• Expertise in designing steel, concrete, masonry, and structural support systems.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI 318, AISC, NDS and related codes.
• Experience with structural analysis software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Balance technical responsibilities with personnel development and client engagement.
• RISA 3D and MathCAD experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers and designers.
• Provide technical leadership for design and analysis of structural systems.
• Balance technical quality with project schedules and budgets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to teams and clients on engineering challenges.
• Oversee designs, calculations, specs, and construction docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Champion innovation through new technologies and design methodologies.
• Support growth of structural capabilities including FRP and specialized applications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in field investigations and construction support activities.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and employee development.
