Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Architectural Engineering, at least junior level.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in the Bentonville, AR area.
• Eager to learn and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes simple engineering calculations and models.
• Prepares presentations and drawings.
• Performs site visits and supporting internal technical projects.
• Data entry and other duties as assigned.
