• Assist with researching and finding project resources
• Assist with client relations, project design notebooks, and documentation for permanent record files
• Assist with coordinating design and schedules with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, technology, clerical, and supplier disciplines
• Assist with documenting design decisions, meetings, and client instructions while monitoring project design progress
• Assist with reviewing project documents for accuracy and completeness before requesting a final check
• Assist with preparing and issuing addendum information
• Conduct periodic job site observations and other services required by the contract services agreement
