Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Must be in 2nd year of studies and have completed Calculus I and Physics I OR Statics by start of internship.
• Additional coursework in Structural Analysis, Steel Design and Concrete Design preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design calculations under the guidance of licensed engineers.
• Assist in preparation of structural drawings and construction documents.
• Review contract submittals, including shop drawings and product data.
• Participate in on-site observations and assist in field report preparation.
• Update and maintain project-specific analysis spreadsheets and technical documentation.
