Job summary

Brindley Engineering Corporation in Lisle, IL is seeking an entry-level Civil/Structural Engineer to support field evaluation of existing structures and assist in developing calculations and analytical models in steel and/or concrete.

You will produce basic engineering sketches for drafting, assist in developing reports, and collaborate with licensed engineers to progress toward E.I.T. eligibility as part of professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Experience: Min Yr = 0Max Yr = 1+
• Licensure: Eligible to take E.I.T. within one year of start date preferred
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of design codes required. Working knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
• Management: No management experience required
• Other Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
