Job summary

Brindley Engineering is seeking a civil/structural engineer to support field evaluation of existing structures and assist in developing calculations and analytical models for steel and concrete. You will produce basic drafting sketches and help prepare reports under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, up to 1+ years of experience, and are eligible to pursue E.I.T within a year. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• Experience: 0–1+ years preferred.
• Eligible to take E.I.T. within one year of start date preferred.
• Basic knowledge of design codes; AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support field evaluation of existing structures.
• Assist in the development of calculations and analytical models in steel and/or concrete.
• Produce basic engineering sketches for drafting.
