Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a Structural Engineering Department Manager to lead our structural engineering division. This individual will oversee a team of engineers and designers, providing technical leadership, project management, and client engagement. • Consistently professional conduct with staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional management or department leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering staff.
• PMP certification.

Compensation

• This position offers a salary range of $120,000-140,000 per year along with comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.
• The listed salary range reflects the potential compensation for this role. Starting pay will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
