As a Structural Engineer in the Resilience Water team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing structural solutions for a wide range of infrastructure projects. These may include upgrades to water and wastewater treatment facilities, shoreline stabilization efforts, stormwater management systems, and resilient distribution/collection infrastructure.
Proficiency in structural design software, particularly STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit, is required. A thorough understanding of relevant codes such as IBC and ACI standards is essential. Demonstrated ability to prepare and review engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and estimates, is expected. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are vital, especially with a focus on sustainability and innovative design solutions.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid parental leave, and more. The salary range for this position is $90,916 - $158,240, based on experience, education, and location.
