Job Summary

We are seeking aSenior Structural Engineer Iwith 10+ years of experience in structural steel and concrete design supportingheavy industrial, power generation, transmission, substation, or similar infrastructure projects.

This role will support transmission and substation design projects and will include structural analysis, foundation design, engineering calculations, field inspections, construction support, and oversight of designers and drafters.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyzestructural steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and substation structures.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
• Perform structural steel connection design and analysis.
• Conduct site walkdowns, field inspections, and construction support activities.
• Review and check structural calculations and drawings.
• Develop cost estimates and material takeoffs.
• Support transmission line and substation projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, project management, vendors, and field teams.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers, designers, and drafters.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, priorities, and deadlines.

Qualifications
