Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
• 3-7 years of structural engineering experience.
• EIT/EI certification required; PE/SE licensure preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience designing structural systems using steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
• Familiarity with Revit, RISA, Enercalc, RAM or similar software.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national building codes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber, and other systems.
• Prepare calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction documents.
• Develop structural models, plans, sections, details, and project documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Participate in field investigations and condition assessments.
• Support construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and field issues.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Attend site visits and travel for project meetings.
