Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead in-house design efforts for structures and systems, review external designs, and help maintain design standards. The role emphasizes coordination with other disciplines and clients to ensure compliant, safe engineering solutions.
The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree with several years of related experience, proficiency in structural software, and familiarity with relevant codes.
The Design Engineering Organization at H2C is seeking a Structural Engineer. In this position, you will perform in-house design scope, support design reviews of media from external architectural and engineering firms and assist in maintaining design standards and procedures.

In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, H2C takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial grade and salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made at the appropriate grade level and within the targeted hiring range posted according to these factors. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
Hiring Range Minimum: $109,013
Hiring Range Maximum: $166,263
