Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering focused on structural engineering.
• EIT certification required; newly licensed P.E. encouraged.
• 3-8 years of experience with various structural systems and materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry).
• AutoCAD and/or Revit proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations per codes and design standards.
• Use engineering software to support CAD/analysis tasks.
• Attend on-site meetings and conduct inspections during construction.
• Draft formal reports summarizing field observations and progress.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through design and construction.
