Kelaca is seeking Structural Engineers for a client partner in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role provides dependable structural engineering support on building-related projects under direct supervision.

The Structural Engineer applies structural principles, building codes, and materials knowledge to calculations, designs, and documentation that support safe, compliant project outcomes. The role exists to add reliable technical capacity for live project delivery while building junior engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
2+ years of structural engineering experience.
Willingness to take the EIT exam within roughly one year.
Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

Perform structural engineering calculations and analyses per codes.
Support design development for building projects, including member sizing and load paths.
Create and revise structural drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
Prepare technical documentation, calculation packages, and notes.
Communicate technical information to engineers, drafters, architects, and stakeholders.
Follow procedures, quality standards, and supervision processes.
Adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
