Job summary

HKA Enterprises in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Structural Designer to develop 2D/3D structural models and construction-ready documentation while coordinating with engineers and other disciplines. The role also offers the opportunity to lead small design teams and take ownership of project deliverables.

Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) with a Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Pay: $40–$43/hour ($80k annually DOE) + benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of structural drafting/design experience.
• 3+ years of Revit experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D structural models and complete structural plans/details.
• Translate engineering concepts into construction-ready documentation.

We are seeking a Structural Designer to support the design of advanced industrial and semiconductor facilities. You’ll develop 2D/3D structural models and construction-ready documentation while coordinating with engineers and other disciplines. This role also offers the opportunity to lead small design teams and take ownership of project deliverables.

Location: Tempe, AZ – Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
