Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil/Architectural Engineering required.
• US PE licensure or 3–5 years of structural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE7, AISI, and related codes.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design all aspects of metal building systems: structural steel, wall/roof panels, secondary members, and stability bracing.
• Utilize proprietary software for frame, secondary, bracing, crane, mezzanine, and panel analysis to ensure structural integrity.
• Collaborate with detailing department and team to communicate design requirements clearly.
• Review and check structural drawings for accuracy.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and uphold housekeeping standards.
