We're looking for a full-time, staff Structural Engineer IV to join our Day & Zimmermann team located in Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of structural deliverables, engineering design criteria, and specifications for foundations, concrete, and steel structures on various projects.
• Prepare or oversee the production of structural design and analysis for industrial projects.
• Provide discipline leadership, including administrative and supervisory functions, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
• Ensure quality and compliance of design work with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, departments, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

Skills:

• Experience in project execution, knowledge of relevant codes (ACI, AISC, IBC, PIP, ASCE).
• Ability to lead structural design within EPC workflows.
• Strong communication of complex technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, structural analysis software (RISA or Staad.pro), AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, Tekla Structures.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Civil Engineering, MSc preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• PE license preferred.

The pay range for this role is $114,880 - $172,320, subject to experience and location. We prioritize safety and require the ability to perform physical and mental tasks listed.
