Position: Full-time Staff Civil Engineer IV

Location: Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Civil engineering deliverables, design criteria, proposals, and specifications for various projects.
• Prepare or oversee the production of civil designs including site plans, grading, utilities, erosion controls, roads, drainage, retaining walls, and earthwork calculations.
• Provide discipline administrative and supervisory functions, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and staff management.

Required Skills:

• Experience in project execution, understanding of zoning, wetlands, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to oversee large industrial projects, ensuring compliance, budget, and timelines.
• Strong communication skills for technical and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HydraFlow, Storm and Sanitary Analysis, Navisworks, and related software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience.
• PE license preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range is $114,880 - $172,320, depending on experience and location.
