Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC seeks a Structural Engineer to deliver preliminary designs for industrial and agricultural projects. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and applying hand calculations and software tools to size members and verify capacity.

You will produce calculations, drawings in Revit, write evaluations and reports, and participate in site observations under a Sr. Structural Engineer. SE/PE licensure progress is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be working towards SE or PE license.
• Experience designing structural elements for steel, concrete, and foundations in ag and industrial projects.
• Proficient in hand calculations and use of design software.
• Ability to write evaluations and reports and perform site observations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for preliminary structural designs with safety and regulatory compliance in mind.
• Perform code-compliant hand calculations; model systems with structural analysis software; size beams, columns, bracing, and supports.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, and equipment teams to ensure proper sizing and installation constraints.
• Develop calculation packages and sketches communicating design intent to internal teams, fabricators, and external engineers.
