Jobot is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer in Indianapolis to join an growing engineering team shaping infrastructure for communities and industry. The role focuses on 3+ years of structural design experience across reinforced concrete and steel, with RAM, STAAD Pro, and Bentley software in utility/industrial projects.

A Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Eng is required; PE/EIT is preferred. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 3+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience designing reinforced concrete and structural steel systems
• Familiarity with industrial, utility, municipal, or water/wastewater projects
• Knowledge of structural analysis and applicable design codes
• Experience using RAM Structural System, RAM Elements, STAAD Pro, or Bentley software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
