Position: Full-time, Staff Structural Engineer III

Location: Greenville SC, Charlotte NC, or Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Develop structural analysis and design deliverables, engineering design criteria, and specifications for foundations, concrete, and steel structures on various projects.
2. Prepare structural analysis and design for industrial, solar, and power facilities, including foundations, buildings, dynamic and rotating equipment, open structures, pipe racks, and modifications to existing facilities.
3. Provide discipline administrative and supervisory functions, including scope development, budgets, scheduling, staffing, and managing project staff.
4. Review vendor documents and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
5. Coordinate design efforts with other disciplines, subcontractors, construction, and clients.
6. Ensure design work is correct, consistent with codes, logical, and constructible.
7. Stamp project documents as a PE or SE when responsible.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of project execution and familiarity with ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE standards.
• Leadership skills and organizational abilities; rigging engineering experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RISA or STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Lpile.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with emphasis on structural.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• PE license strongly preferred.

Compensation:

The wage range for this role is $102,880 - $154,320, subject to experience and location factors.
