Ryan Engineering, a Northwest Arkansas structural firm with offices in Siloam Springs and Fayetteville, seeks an experienced engineer to run projects from start to finish. Qualifications

• 3–8 years of structural engineering experience.
• AR PE license required, or the ability to obtain one within 2 months of hire
• SE license preferred but not required
• Comfortable running routine projects
• Good at spotting problems between disciplines before they become everyone’s problem

Responsibilities

• You’ll be running your own projects — the routine ones start to finish, and real chunks of the bigger, more complex ones.
• When something doesn’t line up between disciplines, you’re the one who catches it and works out a practical way through.
• Reviews happen at the key design stages and before anything goes out the door, and that review gets lighter as you show what you can do.
• You’ll also start showing our Engineer I’s the ropes.
