Job description

We're a structural engineering firm based in Northwest Arkansas with offices in Siloam Springs and Fayetteville. Our work spans industrial, municipal, commercial, and specialty projects — some local, some across the country. We're a smaller firm, which means you won't disappear into a department. You'll work directly with experienced engineers, your name goes on real work, and when something comes up on a project, you'll have people around you to work through it with.

This position is based out of our Fayetteville office.

We take our work seriously and we take care of our clients. That means returning calls, hitting deadlines, and being honest when problems come up.

What You'll Do

Most of your time will be structural calculations, analysis, modeling, and helping put together construction documents. You'll go to job sites. You'll work on real projects from early on — not just checking boxes on training modules. The learning curve is real, and the people around you will help you climb it.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience. You need to want to do good work and be willing to ask questions and figure things out. Specifically:

• Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering degree (recent grad is fine)
• Genuinely curious about how structures work and why
• Willing to learn software — we'll teach you what we use
• Looking for a place to build a career, not just a first job
