Job summary

Olsson is seeking a motivated mid- to senior-level structural engineer to join our bridge and roadway team in Fayetteville or Little Rock, AR. You will manage projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver cost-effective, constructible structural solutions.

The role offers opportunities to work on a wide range of bridge projects, occasional site visits, and potential relocation to the Fayetteville or Little Rock offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design.
• Experience with bridge analysis and design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, LPILE, SPColumn, MDX).
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) or able to become licensed in 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate with roadway, traffic, geotechnical, and stormwater engineers.
• Provide cost-effective, constructible structural solutions.
• Travel occasionally for site visits or inspections.
