Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI and AISC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform conventional structural engineering analysis and design under supervision.
• Develop engineering judgment and adapt techniques with guidance.
• Communicate effectively with Structural Lead and other disciplines.
• Apply wind and seismic design provisions per building codes.
