Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis and PE license.
• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency with US codes: IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC.
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design with minimal supervision.
• Develop design concepts and communicate requirements to drafting teams.
• Coordinate with Structural Lead and other disciplines on designs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to designers and junior engineers.
• Manage workload to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
