SOCOTEC US is seeking a structural engineer to assist in structural investigations, analyses, and repair design. Responsibilities include review of designs for code compliance, structural analysis, on-site inspections, and data collection.

Requirements include 2–4 years of civil/structural engineering experience, a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred), and AutoCAD with BIM experience. Travel for site inspections across the country is required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master of Science preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review structural designs for code compliance.
• Perform structural analysis and data review for root-cause evaluation.
• Conduct on-site inspections and collect required data (multi-day travel may be required).
• Prepare reports and repair design details.
• Regular attendance in the office and perform other duties as assigned.
