Job summary

You will use REVIT, AutoCAD, and structural software (Tedds/Tekla Structural Designer) to produce buildable drawings and reliable specifications, while ensuring compliance with IBC Codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering with a structural focus.
• Master’s degree with emphasis in structural engineering.
• FE/EIT certification and pursuit of PE licensure.
• 3–4 years of experience in building-related investigation and structural design.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of building structures and conditions.
• Complete structural calculations, modeling, and analysis for projects.
• Prepare contract drawings and structural detail sheets.
• Develop project specifications and calculation packages.
• Estimate and prepare construction cost estimates for structural work.
• Review shop drawings for conformance and constructability.
