Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a leading U.S. engineering consultancy in Baltimore, MD to recruit an experienced structural engineer to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.

You will drive design across steel, concrete, and masonry structures for commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients. You will oversee design work from concept through completion, manage schedules and budgets, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Structural Engineer license preferred (PE).
• 8+ years in structural design and project leadership required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee design work from concept to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and in-house teams.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior staff.
