Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Structural Engineer to develop calculations, specifications, and drawings for EPC projects with the in-house team in Leawood, KS. You will review third‑party designs and coordinate with suppliers to maintain in‑house standards.

This role emphasizes ownership, quality, and timely execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will apply SAP2000, Hilti, MathCAD, and IdeaStatica to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering is required.
• EIT certification is preferred for progression.
• Experience with EPC projects and codes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis calculations and prepare specifications.
• Review designs and coordinate with EPC teams and clients on RFIs and deliverables.
• Develop and implement guidelines for standardizing PowerFLX work.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of engineering tasks.
