Job Title: Structural Engineer ENTRY LEVEL

Job Description

We are a full-service firm with in-house architects, MEP, and structural engineers. We foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, committed to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. We specialize in mission-critical design, telecommunications infrastructure, historic preservation, and federal projects. We are urgently hiring for an ENTRY LEVEL Junior Structural Engineer for a career opportunity. The Junior Structural Engineer will assist in creating construction documents and collaborating with in-house architects and MEP engineers, Project Managers, and working with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel.
• Develop and produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD (required) and Revit (preferred).
• Learn and apply knowledge of cold-formed steel framing design in various projects.
• Conduct job site visits and occasional travel as needed.
• Learn and develop skills in BIM modeling.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience or education focused in Structural Engineering and design
• Familiarity with steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Emphasis)
• 0-1 years of experience in design for ground-up structures and facilities
• EIT certification or ability to pass EIT within a year
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.
