Qualifications

  • Experience in structural design and engineering analysis.
  • Knowledge of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and CAD/BIM software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Support continuous improvement efforts within engineering processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop efficient structural solutions.

The ideal candidate will apply technical expertise to develop innovative, safe, and cost-effective structural solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Position Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
  • Perform structural analysis and design for new construction and existing structures.
  • Develop engineering calculations, reports, and technical documentation.

Project Planning & Coordination
