Job summary

C&S Companies in Syracuse is seeking an entry to mid-level Structural Engineer to join our structural engineering team. You will work on structural design for buildings and facilities, with emphasis on steel, concrete, and masonry. This role is based at our Syracuse headquarters.

Required is a Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering; EIT is highly desired. Revit and AutoCAD experience is preferred. Limited regional travel (<15%) and relocation assistance may be available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• EIT exam desired for 3–5 years of experience.
• PE license required for more than 5 years of experience.
• Hands-on structural engineering design experience in co-ops/internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems for buildings and facilities (steel, concrete, masonry).
• Collaborate with a fast-paced multidiscipline design team and interface with clients.
• Support site visits and review construction documents; limited travel (<15%).
• Relocation assistance may be available.
