Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Pr.Eng. registration with ECSA is required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on bridges.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro and bridge-specific design software.
• In-depth knowledge of bridge design codes (SANS 10160, SANS 1560).
• Experience with construction supervision and site liaison for bridge projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Valid driver’s license.
