Thornton Tomasetti in Austin, TX seeks an Engineer in our Structural Practice to perform structural analysis, design and detailing for a variety of buildings, collaborating with architects and owners. You will contribute to high-rise, cultural buildings, stadiums and healthcare projects while growing foundational design skills in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, StructurePoint and Revit is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, design and detailing for all types of buildings.
• Create construction documents in a BIM environment.
• Collaborate with architects, owners, and builders across projects.
• Work with seasoned engineers to develop technical and leadership abilities.
