Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review structural plans and calculations for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Assist in contract administration and revisions of structural services required from consultants and architects.
• Develop cost estimates and QA plans for construction, maintenance and operation.
• Support in project status reviews, changes, and feasibility analyses for construction.
• Provide recommendations on structural issues to contractors, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Contribute to foundation, framing, and layout design for major building structures.
• Conduct site investigations and prepare scoping reports and recommendations.
