Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience on relevant local building projects.
• Proficiency in structural engineering tools: RISA, Enercalc or similar, Excel, Bluebeam.
• Working knowledge of IBC; CBC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural calculations and drawings for projects of all material types and sizes.
• Work closely and build relationships with architects, contractors, clients, and other engineers.
• Manage your own projects and work as part of a team on other projects.
• Be mentored by more experienced engineers and mentor younger engineers as the company grows.

• Prepare structural calculations and drawings for projects of all material types and sizes

Position requirements:

• Due to Government contracts you must be a U.S Citizen or Green card holder
• BS or MS degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience on relevant local building projects
• Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including RISA, Enercalc or similar, Excel, Bluebeam
• Working knowledge of IBC required, CBC preferred
