About the Role

As a Structural Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers, architects, contractors, and other project team members to develop safe, efficient, and practical structural systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing structural analysis and design for building projects


• Preparing structural calculations, drawings, details, and technical documentation


• Applying structural engineering principles to steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and other building systems


• Working with architects to develop structural solutions that support design concepts


• Using REVIT and structural engineering software to prepare drawings and design documents


• Reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs


• Participating in construction administration and project site visits


• Assisting with coordination between structural, architectural, and other disciplines


• Applying applicable building codes, standards, and construction practices


• Supporting project schedules, budgets, and overall project quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field


• 0-3 years of structural engineering experience


• Strong foundation in structural and civil engineering principles


• Understanding of structural analysis and engineering calculations


• Experience with REVIT software is a plus


• Familiarity with RISA structural design software is a plus


• Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and industry standards


• FE/EIT certification or progress toward licensure preferred


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, focused team environment
