Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design of structural steel frames, foundations, and supports for complex industrial and commercial projects.

You will perform finite element analysis with RISA3D, develop calculation packages, review fabrication drawings, stamp drawings where permitted, and coordinate with MEP and manufacturing teams. This role requires a PE license, ABET degree, and 10+ years of experience, with a focus on code compliance and precise

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE license with stamping ability required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• Experience designing structural steel packages for industrial or commercial apps.
• Proficiency in reading fabrication drawings and welding codes AWS D1.1.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural steel design packages with plans, sections, and details.
• Prepare structural calculation packages for members, connections, anchorage, and lifting points.
• Perform finite element analysis to validate structural integrity under static and dynamic loading.
• Model with RISA3D and review fabrication drawings for construction.
• Coordinate structural requirements with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide stamped engineering drawings and calculations where required.
• Support fabrication, installation, and commissioning teams.
