Role: Structural Engineer PE/SE (Immediate succession track to Engineering Manager)
Location: Leesville, SC (On-site preferred; flexible options available for the right candidate)
Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000+ DOE + ESOP (100% Employee-Owned)
!Having your PE/SE or at least being on track is needed!
Steel plate structures, ground storage tanks, elevated water tanks, or foundation design experience is a must (API 650, API 653, AWWA D-100).

The company/role:
You will be working for a top-tier, specialized manufacturer and contractor focused on the custom design, fabrication, and field construction of welded steel storage tanks and plate structures
You will be learning from specialized operations directly from the current Engineering Manager and building the foundation to run the department
- Train for Leadership: Work side-by-side with the current EM to master specialized operations for a seamless handoff.
- Engineer Heavy Structures: Perform structural analysis for welded plate structures and foundations using AWWA, API, ASME, and AISC codes.
- Bridge Design & Shop: Partner daily with CAD detailers, shop fabricators, and field crews to bring designs to life
What You Bring to the Role
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- You are a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or actively working toward your PE/SE.
- You bring hands-on experience with steel plate structures, ground storage tanks, elevated water tanks, or foundation design (API 650, API 653, AWWA D-100).
- You are proficient with tools like AutoCAD, STAAD/ANSYS, and Autodesk Inventor.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to mentor drafting teams, refine engineering processes, and chart our technical strategy into the future.
