Approach Talent is seeking a Structural Engineer PE/SE for an on-site role in Leesville, SC. This position offers a fast-track path to Engineering Manager and an ESOP-rich compensation package, with flexible options for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include heavy structural analysis of welded plate structures and foundations, collaboration with CAD detailers, shop fabricators, and field crews, and mentoring drafting teams while developing engineering processes for the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Experience with structural analysis and design.
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis for welded plate structures and foundations using AWWA, API, ASME, and AISC codes.
• Collaborate with CAD detailers, shop fabricators, and field crews to realize designs.
• Mentor drafting teams and refine engineering processes; prepare for department leadership.
