Axcess Infrastructure is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and development of innovative civil infrastructure systems using both conventional materials and advanced fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites. In this role, you will perform structural analysis and design for complex infrastructure projects such as bridges, rail platforms, hydraulic structures, and protective systems, while developing calculations, reports, 3D CAD models, and engineering drawings. You will use finite element analysis (FEA) tools and structural modeling software to evaluate performance, ensure code compliance, and support design decisions. The role involves close collaboration with internal engineers, clients, fabricators, and project partners, as well as occasional field investigations. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of structural engineering experience, strong fundamentals in steel, concrete, or timber design, and proficiency with CAD and FEA tools, with FRP experience considered a plus but not required. This position offers the opportunity to work on non-traditional infrastructure challenges where durability, constructability, and advanced materials play a central role in engineering solutions.
