Job summary

Axcess Infrastructure is seeking a Structural Engineer to support the design and development of civil infrastructure systems using conventional materials and FRP composites. You will perform structural analysis, develop calculations, reports, and 3D CAD models, and use FEA tools to ensure code compliance.

Collaboration with engineers, clients, and fabricators is essential, with occasional site visits. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of structural design experience and proficiency with CAD/FEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 3–7 years of professional structural design and analysis experience.
• PE license preferred; EIT on track considered.
• Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and timber design.
• Experience with FEA software (Abaqus/ANSYS) required.
• CAD/3D modeling with AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion, SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, rails, hydraulic structures, and protective systems.
• Develop calculations, reports, 3D CAD models, and engineering drawings.
• Use finite element analysis (FEA) tools to evaluate performance and code compliance.
• Collaborate with internal engineers, clients, fabricators, and project partners.
• Occasional field investigations and site visits.
