Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is partnering with a highly profitable global industrial manufacturer to hire a Structural Engineer to support major capital projects, facility expansions, and infrastructure improvements across multiple manufacturing operations.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to lead structural initiatives from planning through execution while helping modernize and strengthen critical manufacturing infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial facilities, or related environments preferred.
  • Experience with capital projects, plant expansions, or facility upgrades.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • EIT or PE designation is a plus but not required.

The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a highly profitable global industrial manufacturer to identify a Structural Engineer to support major capital projects, facility expansions, and infrastructure improvements across multiple manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role within an organization making significant investments in its facilities and long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to lead structural initiatives from planning through execution while helping modernize and strengthen critical manufacturing infrastructure.

Desired Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
  • Experience supporting structural engineering projects within heavy manufacturing, industrial facilities, cement, mining, steel, paper, chemical, power generation, or similar environments preferred.
  • Experience with capital projects, plant expansions, facility upgrades, or industrial infrastructure.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external engineering partners.
  • EIT or PE designation is a plus, but not required.
