Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks a Lead or Senior Structural Engineer to lead our industrial facilities design team across North America. You will guide complex steel and concrete structures from concept through construction, working with clients and internal teams.

You will mentor engineers, review calculations, and shape project execution while ensuring codes and standards compliance. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, with positions in Tulsa, OK or Fayetteville, AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE license required
• 10+ years of structural engineering design experience in process facilities, energy
• 10+ years of field experience involving industrial facilities and structural systems
• Experience leading and managing project execution
• Strong experience designing industrial steel and concrete structures
• Proficiency with RISA, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD and structural detailing
• Strong understanding of building codes and industrial facility construction
• Experience in processing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial facilities preferred

Seeking an experienced Lead or Senior Structural Engineer to join or lead our growing structural engineering team while designing complex industrial facilities across North America.

What You'll Do

As the lead or senior Structural Engineer, you'll oversee structural engineering design projects while leading and mentoring the structural engineering team

.Your responsibilities will include

• :Provide structural calculations, engineering and design for process facilities, oil and gas and energy projects from concept through constructio
• nPerform structural analysis and design for industrial steel and concrete structure
• sDesign industrial buildings and structural systems using RISA, STAAD, and other engineering softwar
• eReview and approve engineering calculations, construction documents, shop drawings, and technical report
• sProvide Revit 3D model and/or AutoCAD 2D drawings and review and approve shop/fabrication drawing
• sCoordinate with clients, contractors, fabricators, and internal and external multidisciplinary engineering teams
• .Estimate engineering hours and prepare proposals for structural projects
• .Conduct field investigations and site visits to collect and evaluate existing structures and support new facility design
• sEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and engineering best practice
