A bit about us:

Our client is an established structural engineering consulting firm supporting distinctive building projects across residential and commercial markets. The team works closely with architects, contractors, developers, and other design professionals to develop practical structural solutions that balance engineering performance, constructability, and architectural intent.

Projects can range from custom residential structures to larger commercial and mixed-use developments, giving engineers exposure to a diverse portfolio rather than being limited to one repetitive project type.

This company is looking for a Structural Engineer who enjoys technical design, problem-solving, and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams. • Diverse Project Exposure: Work across a varied portfolio of building projects and structural challenges.
  • Career Development: Join an environment that emphasizes continued learning, mentorship, individualized development, and opportunities to expand your engineering expertise.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Our client promotes flexibility in how employees structure their work environment, including hybrid options.
  • Collaborative Design Process: Work directly with architects, builders, civil and geotechnical engineers, MEP professionals, and other members of the design team.
  • Full Project Lifecycle Exposure: Gain experience beyond calculations by participating in design coordination, construction documentation, permitting support, shop drawing review, and construction-phase problem-solving.
  • Technical Growth: Build your expertise through varied projects as well as training opportunities, seminars, and conferences.
  • Work-Life Balance: This company emphasizes flexibility and work-life balance, with optional overtime noted as part of its employment offering.
  • Opportunity to Make an Impact: Work in an environment where engineers can take an active role in their professional development while contributing meaningfully to project outcomes.
