Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a senior structural engineer in Dallas to lead complex projects from design through completion. You will analyze, design, and document steel, concrete, and masonry structures, using industry tools, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients and constructors.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and clear communication, with opportunities to grow into larger, more complex projects within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• PE or SE license.
• 7–15 years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong steel, concrete, and masonry design experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through completion and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.

What We’re Looking For
