Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking a Structural Engineer with a PE license to join our growing team in Richmond, VA. You will lead and support structural design across diverse building projects, performing analyses and developing solutions with Revit and industry-standard tools.

The role involves coordination with architects, contractors, and internal teams, site visits, construction administration, and client meetings, plus mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Active PE license required.
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with RISA, RAM, ETABS, or similar analysis software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
